Information you provide
You can browse public information without creating a reader account. If you choose to use our Contact Us form, we collect your name, email address, query type, subject and message, together with a related page URL if you supply one. The related page URL is optional; the other visible fields are required to send the form.
We store submissions to review queries, respond where appropriate, investigate incorrect information or broken links, prevent spam and abuse, and maintain operational records. Submission identifiers and derived identifiers help detect repeat messages and excessive requests. Where an IP address is available for contact abuse prevention, a hashed identifier is used rather than storing the raw address in the contact record.
Please share only information needed for your enquiry. We do not ask for Aadhaar numbers, bank account numbers, OTPs, passwords, government application credentials or financial account credentials through this form. Do not include these details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Technical information and measurement
Normal website operation, hosting and enabled third-party services may process your IP address, browser type, device information, requested or viewed pages, referring page and timestamps. Advertising services may also process cookies or similar identifiers and infer an approximate location from technical information such as an IP address. We do not request precise GPS location through the public website.
Our direct-promotion system can record impressions and clicks, using a derived visitor identifier to reduce repeated counting and abuse. This measures promotion performance.
When enabled on our production website, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how public pages are used and improve the website. It can process page views, referring URLs, browser and device information, approximate location and cookie identifiers used to distinguish visits and sessions. Analytics is disabled in local development and collection is disabled on private administration routes. A subsequent public page view may still include the previous administration URL as its referrer. Our tag disables Google Signals and advertising personalization signals.
Google Analytics may use first-party cookies such as _ga to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. See Google Analytics data collection information (opens in a new tab) and how Google uses information from partner sites and apps (opens in a new tab).
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small values stored by a browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser technologies. Our promotion system can use a visitor cookie to support measurement and prevent duplicate or abusive events, and browser storage to remember when a promotion was shown and limit repeated displays. Restricted site-management access uses authentication cookies; browsing public updates does not require a reader login.
Depending on the features enabled, cookies and similar technologies may support website functionality, preferences, analytics, advertising, ad measurement and fraud or abuse prevention. Advertising providers may use their own identifiers as explained below.
Google advertising and your choices
examoutput.com may use Google AdSense or similar advertising services when enabled, including manual ad slots or Google Auto Ads if configured. When Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads.
Google may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this website and/or other websites, where applicable and subject to your choices and relevant settings. Third parties may place or read cookies, use web beacons, process IP addresses or use similar identifiers as part of ad serving, measurement and fraud prevention.
Read how Google uses information from partner sites and apps (opens in a new tab).
You can manage personalized advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center (opens in a new tab) and review Google controls for ads on partner sites (opens in a new tab). Turning off personalization does not necessarily remove advertisements.
Direct promotions and other advertising providers
We may display direct sponsored promotions, brand advertisements or sponsored content. Clicking a promotion may open an external third-party website, which has its own privacy practices.
If additional third-party ad vendors or networks are enabled in the future, they may use their own cookies or similar technologies and operate under their own privacy policies. Review the policies and privacy choices of any provider whose advertising you interact with.
Service providers and external resources
Website hosting, storage and other operational service providers may process information as needed to deliver and maintain the website. Enabled advertising services process information under their own policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or as reasonably necessary to investigate abuse and protect the website.
We link to government websites, recruitment boards, universities, institutions, scholarship portals, result portals, application portals and official documents. We do not control these external resources or their privacy and security practices. Review their policies before submitting information, logging in or making a payment.
Retention and security
Contact submissions may be retained for responding to messages, maintaining support history, investigating abuse and correcting site information. Retention depends on legitimate operational needs and applicable requirements; we do not promise an automatic fixed deletion period.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including controlled access to submissions and safeguards against abusive requests. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy choices
You can adjust browser controls to block or delete cookies and clear local or session storage. These actions may affect functionality or how often promotions appear. You can also use Google's advertising controls linked above.
You can choose not to send a contact message or leave the optional related page URL blank. If you submit a message, provide only what is needed. For questions about information you have submitted, use our Contact Us page; we will review requests in light of applicable requirements and legitimate operational needs.
Where applicable regional requirements call for consent or additional privacy messaging, analytics and advertising may need to be configured with an appropriate consent-management service. This policy does not itself provide consent controls or claim compliance with every jurisdiction.
Children's privacy
examoutput.com is an informational website and does not knowingly seek unnecessary personal information from children. Children should avoid sending personal or sensitive details that are not needed. If you believe a child has submitted information that should be reviewed or removed, please contact us.
Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy when website features, advertising practices, analytics tools or applicable legal requirements change. The fixed Last updated date above indicates the latest intentional revision.
For a privacy-related question or to report incorrect information, please use the Contact Us page. Our Terms & Conditions explain responsible use of the website.
